AFRICAN KIDS IN NEED IS DEDICATED TO RAISING FUNDS TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AT THE SECONDARY LEVEL AND AT VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS FOR CHILDREN IN KENYA

Part 3 - Line 4a
DURING 2021, KENYAN CHILDREN, AGES 14-20, WERE OFFERED THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND SECONDARY AND VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS. AFRICAN KIDS IN NEED INC PAID SCHOOL FEES, ROOM & BOARD, CLOTHING COSTS, AND MEDICAL CARE FOR THE CHILDREN WHO WERE ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM IS ADMINISTERED IN KENYA BY FOUR STAFF PERSONNEL. A LEARNING CENTER WAS ESTABLISHED BACK IN JANUARY 2010 TO ALLOW THE SERVICING OF A LARGER GROUP OF CHILDREN, PROVIDING REMEDIAL EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SUPPORT.
