THE LIBRARY IS A PATRON FOCUSED RESOURCE CENTER, ENHANCING THE LIVES OF PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND BACKGROUNDS BY PROVIDING OUTSTANDING MATERIALS, PROGRAMS, AND TECHNOLOGY IN A SAFE, INVITING ENVIRONMENT.

THE LIBRARY OFFERS THE FREE USE OF OVER 101,715 ITEMS. IN 2021, MATERIALS WERE BORROWED 38,242 TIMES FROM THE LIBRARY. THE LIBRARY OFFERS FREE ACCESS TO COMPUTERS FOR INTERNET RESEARCH, WORD PROCESSING, AND EDUCATIONAL GAMES. IN 2021, COMPUTERS WERE USED 3,791 TIMES. THE LIBRARY ALSO PROVIDES A LEGO CLUB FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN, AN ADULTING 101 CLASS TO TEACH LIFE SKILLS TO YOUNG ADULTS, AND A FUNTIME FRIDAYS PROGRAM FOR TODDLERS AND PRESCHOOLERS. A SUMMER READING PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN HAD 150 PARTICIPANTS IN 2021. A TOTAL OF 3,850 ADULTS AND CHILDREN PARTICIPATED IN LIBRARY PROGRAMS IN 2021. THERE WERE 45,817 VISITORS AND 12,367 REGISTERED BORROWERS WITH THE LIBRARY IN 2021.
