THE ORGANIZATION COMPLETED THEIR 6TH YEAR OF MARINE CAMP, 3RD YEAR OF CLIMATE CHANGE RENEWABLE ENERGY CAMP, TH YEAR OF STUDENT MONITORING AREA RESTORATION TECHNIQUES (SMART) PROGRAM. A TOTAL OF 1100 VOLUNTEERS ASSISTED WITH VARIOUS OUTDOOR PROJECTS, INCLUDING THOSE WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE CITY OF GULF BREEZE, FLORIDA, THROUGH THE CAPTAIN'S KIDS AND CLEAN WATERWAYS PROJECT ADMINISTERED THROUGH THE NATIONAL FISH & WILDLIFE FOUNDATION. THE PROGRAM WILL HELP THE GULF BREEZE RESTORATION PROJECTS, SUCH AS DEADMAN'S ISLAND, THE BAYOUS, STORMWATER SYSTEMS, AS WELL AS KEEPING THE REST OF THE WATERWAYS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO CLEAN AND HEALTHY FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS. THE VALUE OF VOLUNTEER LABOR NOT INCLUDED IN THIS FILING WAS ESTIMATED AT 61,498.
