IN 2022 HIGH PERFORMANCE GOVERNMENT NETWORK, INC. (HPG NETWORK) COMPLETED SEVERAL PROJECTS RELATED TO ITS VISION OF "CULTIVATING THRIVING COMMUNITIES." THE HPG NETWORK WORKED INTENSIVELY IN SIX INDIANA COUNTIES TO CREATE AND IMPLEMENT FULL-SCALE HOUSING STRATEGIES USING THE H.O.M.E. METHOD, WHICH IS DESIGNED TO ADDRESS CRITICAL GAPS IN WORKFORCE HOUSING SYSTEMS THAT IMPACT LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS. HPG NETWORK ALSO WORKED ON BEHALF OF FOUR ADDITIONAL JURISDICTIONS SEEKING TO LAUNCH CATALYST AFFORDABLE WORKFORCE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT SITES AS IMPLEMENTATION OF THEIR COUNTY-WIDE HOUSING STRATEGIES. ADDITIONALLY, HPG NETWORK REGRANTED IHCDA'S RURAL DEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAM FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF 536,537 FOR PRE-DEVELOPMENT EXPENSES ON THREE RURAL, QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS. IN ADDITION, HPG NETWORK SERVED, THROUGH CLUB 720, OVER 1,000 HOMEBUYERS SEEKING DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE; PARTNERED WITH BALL STATE UNIVERSITY TO HOLD CERTIFIED PUBLIC MANAGER (CPM) TRAINING FOR MUNICIPAL LEADERS ACROSS INDIANA; PROVIDED PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SERVICES TO ONE LOCAL UNIT OF GOVERNMENT; AND PROVIDED ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR THE MAYORS AND COMMISSIONERS CAUCUS OF NORTHEAST INDIANA.
