CONSTRUCTION OF NEW HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. THIS PROGRAM ENCOMPASSES BUILDING NEW AFFORDABLE HOMES FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS. VOLUNTEERS AND PROSPECTIVE HOME OWNERS PARTICIPATE IN THE CONSTRUCTION. ONCE A HOME IS COMPLETED, THE OWNER SIGNS A PROMISSORY NON-INTEREST, 20-YEAR MORTGAGE, PAYALBE TO FULLER CENTER FOR HOUSING OF NORTHWEST LOUISIANA, INC.
