HOME CONSTRUCTION & REHABILITATION: REHABILITATION OF SUBSTANDARD HOMES IN NORTHWEST LOUISIANA, CONSISTING OF REPAIRS, FRESH PAINT AND REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS, ROTTON WOODS AND APPLIANCES. CONSTRUCTION OF NEW HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. THIS PROGRAM ENCOMPASSES BUILDING NEW AFFORDABLE HOMES FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS. VOLUNTEERS AND PROSPECTIVE HOME OWNERS PARTICIPATE IN THE CONSTRUCTION. ONCE A HOME IS COMPLETED, THE OWNER SIGNS A PROMISSORY NON-INTEREST, 20-YEAR MORTGAGE, PAYALBE TO FULLER CENTER FOR HOUSING OF NORTHWEST LOUISIANA, INC.


FULLER GROCERY STORE: COSTS OF OPERATIONS OF A GROCERY STORE TO SUPPORT THE PRIMARY MISSION OF BUILDING AND RENOVATING HOMES FOR LOW-INCOME CLIENTS. THE STORE WAS LOCATED IN A TARGETED COMMUNITY WHERE THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS ONGOING.
