TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN A BUILDING FOR AN ASSISTED LIVING CENTER. FACILITY HAD BEEN CLOSED DUE TO COVID. A NEW MANAGEMENT CO WAS HIRED IN 2022/ THE FACILITY HAD TO BE RECERTIFIED BY THE STATE AND WILL BE REOPENED IN 2025

BUILDING WAS PROVIDED TO HOUSE AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY IN A REMOTE AREA OF AZ. IT IS MANAGED BY AN ASSISTED LIVING COMPANY WITH EXPERIENCE OPERATING AN ASSITED LIVING FACILITY. THEIR CONTRACT WAS TERMINATED IN 2020 AND THE PROCEDURE TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY HAS BEEN STARTED. DUE TO COVID THE FACILITY WAS NOT ABLE TO PROCURE ANOTHER COMPANY TO MANAGE THE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY DURING 2020 OR 2021. THE FACILITY HAS TO BE RE-CERTIFIED BY THE STATE OF AZ AND WILL BE REOPENED IN 2025
