THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO DECREASE THE BURDEN CURRENTLY PLACED ON LOCAL COMMUNITIES TO RAISE THE MONEY NEEDED FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS, ERASE INEQUALITY BETWEEN DISTRICTS WITH VARYING RESOURCES, AND DECREASE THE UNCERTAINTY FOR LOCAL DISTRICTS CAUSED BY THE STATE'S FLUCTUATING FUNDING LEVELS.
