THE ENERGY, ECONOMICS, AND SECURITY PROGRAM DEVELOPS PRACTICAL STRATEGIES TO HELP DECISION-MAKERS UNDERSTAND, ANTICIPATE, AND RESPOND TO THESE DEVELOPMENTS.
