WE PROVIDE EXPERTISE AND RESOURCES TO ASSIST LOCAL CHARITIES, CONNECT DONOR PASSIONS WITH NONPROFIT NEEDS, AND WORK WITH LOCAL PROFESSIONAL ADVISORS IN ASSISTING THEIR CLIENTS IN GIVING NOW AND BEYOND THEIR LIFETIMES WITH A LEGACY GIFT.

TERRY SMITH TRUST FUND & WAYNE L PETERSON TRUST FUND:IN 2021, THE FOUNDATION WAS THE RECIPIENT OF A LARGE TESTAMENTARY GIFT. THE DONORS LEFT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FOUNDATION AS TO HOW TO DISTRIBUTE THE FUNDS TO CERTAIN 501C3 ORGANIZATIONS.IN 2021, FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS LEFT BY THE DONORS, WE DISTRIBUTED $1,905,000 FROM THE TERRY SMITH TRUST AND THE WAYNE L PETERSON TRUST FUNDS TO LAGUNA COLLEGE OF ART AND DESIGN ($1,008,000), POMONA COLLEGE ($448,000), ST. MARY'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH ($224,000), LAGUNA BEACH COMMUNITY CLINIC ($50,000), BOYS & GIRLS CLUB ($100,000), AND THE LAGUNA COVID-19 RELIEF FUND ($75,000).
LAGUNA COVID-19 RELIEF FUND:IN 2021, ALONG WITH THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF LAGUNA BEACH WE PARTICIPATED IN A FUND RAISING DRIVE FOR LAGUNA BEACH CITIZENS AND PERSONS EMPLOYED IN LAGUNA BEACH WHOSE LIVES WERE ADVERSELY IMPACTED BY COVID-19. WE RAISED OVER $400,00 AND THROUGH THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB DISTRIBUTED THOSE FUNDS TO APPROXIMATELY 800 PERSONS IN NEED.
