THE PLAN FOCUSES ON HEALTH AND SAFETY; PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE AND TRANSIT, COMMUNITY SPACES AND LAND USE; EDUCATION; ECONOMIC AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING.
