THE FENCES ARE BUILT AND MAINTAINED AS PART OF THE AGREEMENT WITH THE GOVERNMENT AS PAYMENT-IN-KIND FOR THE LEASE OF THE LAND. CTCA ALSO PICKED UP AND SOLD STRAY CALVES AND PROVIDED SALT FOR CATTLE GRAZING IN THE AREA.
