FUGEES FAMILY, INC. IS DEVOTED TO SUPPORTING CHILD SURVIVORS OF WAR TO BECOME INDEPENDENT THINKERS AND HIGH ACHIEVING SCHOLARS. THE ORGANIZATION BUILDS UPON THE POWER OF SOCCER TO GALVANIZE PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS BY GIVING THEM THE SUPPORT AND STRUCTURE THEY NEED TO REALIZE THEIR VAST POTENTIAL.

THE ORGANIZATION HELPS CHILD SURVIVORS OF WAR REBUILD THEIR LIVES ONE STEP AT A TIME BY PROVIDING REFUGEE BOYS AND GIRLS AGES 10-18, FROM 28 DIFFERENT COUNTRIES, GRADES 6-12, THE STRUCTURE AND SUPPORT TO SUCCEED THROUGH SOCCER AND ACADEMICS. THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES FUGEES ACADEMY WHICH IS AN ACCREDITED, INDEPENDENT, TUITION-FREE MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL FOR REFUGEE STUDENTS. IN ADDITION TO THE ACADEMIC PROGRAM, THE ORGANIZATION'S YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMMING ALSO INCLUDES AN AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM, SUMMER CAMP, AND PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE WRAP-AROUNDSERVICES FOR STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
