CONDUCTED FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES IN SUPPORT OF THE MEDICAL SERVICES AND CARE OF ANIMALS BY THE THOMAS J. O'CONNOR ANIMAL CONTROL AND ADOPTION CENTER (TJO SHELTER). SUPPORT INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE PURCHASE OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES, LABS/IMAGING/TESTING, SURGERIES/MEDICAL PROCEDURES, AND ANIMAL ENRICHMENT SERVICES. OVER THE PAST YEAR, THE FUNDRAISING REVENUE AIDED IN PROVIDING NECESSARY MEDICAL EVALUATION AND TREATMENT FOR 2,224 ANIMALS TAKEN IN BY THE TJO SHELTER INCLUDING 1,136 SURGICAL PROCEDURES.
