THE STANDARD REUNIFICATION METHOD (SRM) AND STANDARD RESPONSE PROTOCOL (SRP) ARE THE FLAGSHIP PROGRAMS OF THE FOUNDATION. PAYMENTS BY ORGANIZATIONS REQUESTING KEYNOTE PRESENTATIONS, TRAINING OR AFFILIATION ARE THE PRIMARY REVENUE SOURCES. THE PROGRAMS ARE BEING USED BY OVER 20,000,000 STUDENTS, 1,000,000 EDUCATORS,AND 100,000 POLICE AND OTHER PUBLIC RESPONDING PERSONNEL IN THE U.S. IN 2023, THERE WAS AN UPTICK IN REUNIFICATION TRAININGS REQUESTS, AND ALSO A NEED FOR A COORDINATED REUNIFICATION EXERCISE, SO THE FOUNDATION CREATED AN HSEEP COMPATIBLE REUNIFICATION EXERCISE TRAINING PROGRAM (REX) TO MEET THE NEED. IN 2023, THE FOUNDATION EXPERIENCED AN ENORMOUS INCREASE IN REQUESTS FOR THIS PROGRAM WHICH IS AN EXPANSION OF THE SRM. THROUGHOUT 2023, LIVE STREAM TRAININGS TRENDED UPWARD AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE AN OFFERING OF THE I LOVE U GUYS FOUNDATION THE FOUNDATION ADDED SIX EMPLOYEES TO ACCOMODATE THE HIGHER DEMAND FOR TRAINING AND ADMIN WORK. BEGINNING IN JULY, HALF-DAY LIVE-STREAM SRP AND SRM TRAINING IS CONDUCTED QUARTERLY ON AN OPEN ENROLLMENT BASIS. THIS OFFERING PROVIDES A NICE REFRESHMENT OR INTRODUCTORY TRAINING FOR PEOPLE AND MINIMAL COST. THEY GENERATE REVENUE AS WELL AS INCREASE THE FOUNDATIONS REACH TO DISTRICTS, DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES. IN-PERSON CURRICULUM IS APPROVED FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS FOR COUNSELORS AND PSYCHOLOGISTS THROUGH THE COLORADO DEPT. OF REGULATORY AFFAIRS, PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING (POST) CREDITS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND EQUIVALENT IN OTHER STATES, AND APPROVED BY THE TEXAS COMMISSION ON LAW ENFORCEMENT (TCOLE).
THE BRIEFINGS SYMPOSIUM WAS HELD IN COLORADO IN FEBRUARY, AND A DECISION WAS MADE TO DISCONTINUE THE TRADITIONAL FORMAT OF CONDUCTING IT BI-ANNUALLY IN COLORADO. BEGINNING IN NOVEMBER OF 2023, THE BRIEFINGS WILL BE HOSTED REGIONALLY BASED ON A HOSTS ABILITY TO ORGANIZE A VENUE AN ASSIST WITH LOGISTICS, WITH THE PLAN TO CONDUCT THIS THREE TIMES PER YEAR.
