THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, TRAINING, TOOLS, AND RESOURCES TO NONPROFITS AND PUBLIC AGENCIES TO HELP SCALE THE FIELD OF HOUSING PROGRAMS WITH LASTING AFFORDABILITY.


OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE NATIONAL POLICY, RESEARCH, AND THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE.


THE TRAINING & MEMBER SERVICES TEAM PROVIDES PROVIDES VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON TRAINING, TOOLS AND RESOURCES TO THE HOUSING WITH LASTING AFFORDABILITY FIELD, INCLUDING THROUGH OUR NATIONAL CONFERENCE AND PROVIDING RELEVANT TOOLS AND TRAINING TO OUR MEMBERS, AS A NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION.


THE INNOVATIVE FINANCE PROGRAM DEVELOPS CAPITAL SOLUTIONS AND REAL ESTATE STRATEGIES TO HELP THE FIELD OF SHARED EQUITY HOUSING PROGRAMS SCALE THEIR PORTFOLIOS.
