CL PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS OF ALL LEVELS, BACKGROUNDS AND ABILITIES TO PRESENT AND SELL THEIR ART. CL OFFERS A COMMON GROUND FOR STUDENTS, YOUTH, ARTS ENTHUSIASTS, ARTISTS, PATRONS, VISITORS, BUSINESS PEOPLE AND RESIDENTS TO EXPERIENCE ART, MEET AND EXCHANGE IDEAS.
