PROVIDED HOME VISITS TO 1,035 CANCER PATIENTS. DURING THE VISITS, ACTIVITIES WERE ORGANIZED FOR THE YOUNG CHILDREN OF THE PATIENT. CONNECT THRU CANCER PROVIDED THE NECESSARY RESOURCES TO CARE FOR THE FAMILIES AND HELP THOSE DEALING WITH CANCER HEAL THEMSELVES.
