COMMON THREADS FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER'S MISSION IS TO EMPOWER AUTISTICS, OTHER NEURODIVERGENTS, AND ANYONE WHO EXPERIENCES MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS AND SENSORY DIFFERENCES BY PROVIDING MEANINGFUL, COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS BY OFFERING A VARIETY OF EVIDENCE-BASED, PERSONALIZED THERAPEUTIC AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES BUILT ON AN INDIVIDUAL'S STRENGTHS, GOALS, AND COMMUNITY.

Part 3 - Line 4a

COMMON THREADS FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER IS A WISCONSIN LICENSED OUTPATIENT CLINIC AND AN ALTERNATIVE PLACEMENT SCHOOL PROGRAM. THE CLINIC PROVIDES PSYCHOTHERAPY AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY. THE SCHOOL PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, SPEECH THERAPY AND INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORTS. THE ORGANIZATION SERVED OVER 600 INDIVIDUALS THIS FISCAL YEAR.


COMMON THREADS CONTINUES TO WORK WITH THE DANE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY SERVICES (CCS) PROGRAM TO SERVE MORE INDIVIDUALS IN NEED IN OUR COMMUNITY.
