DRESS FOR SUCCESS COLUMBUS (DFSC) SERVES HUNDREDS OF WOMEN EVERY YEAR BY PROVIDING INTERVIEW APPROPRIATE CLOTHING TO WOMEN WHO ARE IN NEED AND/OR RECEIVE VARIOUS TYPES OF PUBLIC ASSISTANCE EITHER WHILE ENTERING OR RE-ENTERING THE WORKFORCE. CLIENTS OF DFSC ARE ALSO REWARDED WITH A WEEK'S WORTH OF WORKPLACE APPROPRIATE CLOTHING ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN GAINFULLY EMPLOYED AFTER ENTRY INTO THE WORKFORCE. DFSC ALSO PROVIDES A CAREER COUNSELING AND A JOB RETENTION SUPPORT PROGRAM THAT HELPS BUILD CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ASSURANCE WITH THE DESIRED OUTCOME THAT THESE WOMEN REMAIN IN THE WORKFORCE.
