AFFILIATE PROGRAM: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES AN ARRAY OF SUPPORTS AND RESOURCES TO ITS GLOBAL AFFILIATES. THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM ADDRESSES AFFILIATE NEEDS AT ALL PHASES OF THEIR DEVELOPMENT, FROM START-UP TO MATURE AFFILIATES. INITIATIVES UNDER THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM INCLUDE THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CONFERENCES, MEETINGS, CAMPAIGNS, AND PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO BUILD AFFILIATE CAPACITY, OPERATIONAL STRENGTH, AND FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY; FACILITATING BEST PRACTICE SHARING ACROSS THE GLOBAL AFFILIATE NETWORK; AND DISBURSEMENT OF DESIGNATED DONATIONS FROM CONTRIBUTORS TO AFFILIATES OF CASH AND IN-KIND DONATIONS.
SUITING PROGRAM: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE TO CLIENTS FOR JOB INTERVIEWS AND, UPON SECURING OF EMPLOYMENT, OFFERS CLIENTS THE APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES NEEDED TO SUPPORT THEIR SUCCESS IN ENTERING OR REENTERING THE WORKFORCE. THE SUITING PROGRAM REFERS TO THESE PROGRAMS IMPLEMENTED WITHIN DSW SERVICE LOCATIONS IN NEW YORK CITY, CHICAGO, AND LOS ANGELES. THROUGHOUT THE PANDEMIC, THE SUITING PROGRAM INCORPORATED INCREASED DIGITAL PROGRAMMING AND CONTACTLESS SERVICES. THESE MODIFICATIONS WERE SUSTAINED IN 2021 TO SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITY'S HEALTH AND SAFETY.
EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES EDUCATION AND TRAINING, INCLUDING JOB PREPARATION, CAREER DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYMENT RETENTION, AND FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAMS, TO CLIENTS. THESE PROGRAMS, WHICH INCLUDE IN-PERSON AND ONLINE INDIVIDUALIZED AND COHORT-BASED DELIVERY MODELS, SEEK TO EQUIP WOMEN TO SECURE AND RETAIN EMPLOYMENT, PROGRESS IN THEIR CAREERS, AND ACHIEVE ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE. EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS INCLUDE THOSE RUN WITHIN DSW SERVICE LOCATIONS AS WELL AS PROGRAMS IMPLEMENTED WITH DSW SUPPORT IN AFFILIATES GLOBALLY.
