TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE WEIGHTS AND EXCERCISE ROOM AT SPARTA HIGH SCHOOL: THIS GRANT AFFORDED TO THE SPARTA HIGH SCHOOL WILL PROVIDE THE EXERCISE & PHYSIOLOGY CLASSES, PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES, AND ITS STUDENT ATHLETES WITH UPDATED EQUIPMENT WITH WHICH TO TRAIN.
TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO MODERNIZE THE COMPUTERS FOR THE ARCHITECTURAL/ROBOTICS/ENGINEERING LAB AT SPARTA HIGH SCHOOL. THESE NEW COMPUTERS WILL ALLOW SPARTA STUDENTS TO LEARN ON SOFTWARE CURRENTLY BEING USED ON THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL, AND TO REPLACE COMPUTERS THAT HAVE BECOME OBSOLETE.
TO PROVIDE TI-84 CE GRAPHING CALCULATORS TO SPARTA HIGH SCHOOL. THIS PROVIDES ALL LEVEL OF MATH CLASSES IN THE HIGH SCHOOL WITH TWENTY-ONE (21) NEW GRAPHING CALCULATORS. THESE ADVANCED MACHINES HOLD A LONGER BATTERY LIFE, AND REPLACE OUTDATED CALCULATORS THAT WERE BEING USED BY THE ENTIRE MATH DEPARTMENT. THIS GRANT SUPPORTS THE DISTRICT'S GOAL OF INCORPORATING TECHNOLOGY INTO THE CLASSROOM, AND GIVES THE MOST UPDATED TECHNOLOGY ACCESS TO ALL OF SPARTA'S STUDENT POPULATION.
