THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SERVICES AND SUPPORTS TO THE MENTALLY RETARDED AND DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED COMMUNITY THAT WILL ASSIST IN SUSTAINING ENHANCING OR CREATING LIFESTYLE ENVIRONMENTS THAT ARE REWARDING PEOPLE REGARDLESS OF THEIR PARTICULAR SITUATIONS.

THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A COMMUNITY HABILITATION PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE PROGRAM FOCUSES ON IMPROVING INDIVIDUALIZED SKILLS INCLUDING SOCIAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT INDEPENDENT LIFE SKILLS TRAINING HEALTH AND FITNESS SUPPORT VOCATIONAL PREPARATION FINE ARTS AND MUSIC ASPIRATIONS AND UTILIZATION OF THE COMMUNITY AS A LEARNING AND LIVING ENVIRONMENT.


THE HOME AND COMMUNITY BASE SERVICES PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ALLOW CHILDREN AND YOUTH TO PARTICIPATE IN DEVELOPMENTALLY AND CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE SERVICES. THE PROGRAM WORKS WITH CHILDREN AND YOUTHS IN THEIR HOMES AND COMMUNITIES TO SUPPORT EMOTIONAL MENTAL ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL HEALTH AND GROWTH WHILE THEY CONTINUE TO LIVE AND FURTHER DEVELOP IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.


THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A DAY HABILITATION PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE PROGRAM TAKES PART IN AND EXPOSE THE PARTICIPANTS TO COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES INCLUDING INTRODUCING THEM TO PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF THEIR IMMEDIATE COMMUNITY FOSTERING NEW FRIENDSHIPS AND ASSISTING THEM TO BECOME MORE INVOLVED IN THEIR COMMUNITY. THE PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES AN ARRAY OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDING INDEPENDENT LIFE SKILLS TRAINING.
