KUPA MANAGED 6,160 INDIVIDUAL GUEST CAMPERS AT HOOKENA BEACH. 50 CAMPERS PER DAY LIMIT. 2 PEOPLE WERE PAID TO MAINTAIN THE GROUNDS FULL TIME AND 1 PERSON MANAGE THE BOOKINGS. AVERAGE MONTHLY CAMPER COUNT IS 513 ADDITIONALLY, THE BEACH IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND HAS 200 VISITORS DAILY ENJOYING OCEAN AND SHORE ACTIVITIES.
