AWARDS MADE TO NEEDY AND DESERVING FORMER FBI AGENTS, THEIR WIDOWS AND CHILDREN FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF OF SUFFERING AND HARDSHIP; AID TO VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTERS.
