THE GRANT PROGRAM AT CVEF AWARDS TEACHERS WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO PUT EXCITING IDEAS INTO PRACTICE IN THE CLASSROOM. GRANT APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED WITH RESPECT TO THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: THE PROJECT MUST BE BOTH INNOVATIVE AND CURRICULUM-RELATED, THE PROJECT'S PURPOSE AND GOALS MUST BE REALISTIC AND WORTHWHILE AND THE SUCCESS OF THE PROJECT SHOULD BE MEASURABLE. ALL METHODS, PERSONNEL SCHEDULES AND A COMPLETION DATE SHOULD BE CLEARLY DESCRIBED AND A BUDGET REQUEST MUST BE REASONABLE AND DETAILED.
