SUBCONTRACTED OPERATIONS INCLUDE ARRANGEMENTS WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS TO OPERATE A MEAL SERVICE PLAN FOR STUDENTS, BOOKSTORES, AND REFRESHMENTS.
