SOULFORMATION SEEKS TO NURTURE SPIRITUAL HEALTH IN THE LIVES OF MEN AND WOMEN WHO SERVE IN CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATIONS. WE ASSIST PASTORS AND OTHER LEADERS IN DISCOVERING AVENUES OF REVITALIZATION THAT WILL LEAD TO SUSTAINABLE, JOYFUL AND LIFE-GIVING MINISTRIES. SOULFORMATION SEEKS TO SHIFT FOCUS AWAY FROM THE EXTERNAL DEMANDS TO PLACES OF INNER RENEWAL.

WE MEET MONTHLY, ONE-ON-ONE, WITH CHRISTIAN LEADERS AND PASTORS FOR COACHING, MENTORING AND SPIRITUAL DIRECTION. WE ALSO PROVIDE CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND SUPPORT RAISING TRAINING. WE WORK WITH OVER 35 INDIVIDUALS AND 30 DIFFERENT MINISTRIES/ORGANIZATIONS.
TEACHING AND FACILITATING THE ACADEMY OF SPIRITUAL DIRECTION. NINETY PARTICIPANTS ATTENDED ONE OR MORE OF THESE RETREATS. TWENTY DAYS OF CARE, FIVE FOUR-DAY RETREATS; WE ASSIST THE LEADER IN RECOVERING AN UNDERSTANDING AND EXPERIENCE OF HOW TO DO THE INNER WORK NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN SPIRITUAL HEALTH AND APPLY IT TO THEIR MINISTRY SETTING BACK HOME. WE SERVE APPROXIMATELY 50 ORGANIZATIONS IN THE ACADEMY. SCHOOL OF SPIRITUAL DIRECTION RETREATS PROVIDE MORE ADVANCED TRAINING FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS THAT COMPLETE THE ACADEMY. EACH SCHOOL OF SPIRITUAL DIRECTION CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 18 INDIVIDUALS WHO ATTEND THREE 3-DAY RETREATS OVER A PERIOD OF 18 MONTHS.
PREACHING AT CHURCHES, SPECIAL EVENTS AND LEADING OR FACILITATING ONE TIME RETREATS AT OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. WE LEAD FIVE SPACE FOR GOD RETREATS, TWO TEAM LEADERSHIP RETREATS, TWO WOMEN'S RETREATS AND ONE PRAYER RETREAT.
