2020 WAS NO DOUBT AN UNPRECEDENTED YEAR FOR THE ENTIRE WORLD. BUT WHILE MANY WERE FORCED TO STOP OR TO PULL BACK, EQUIP & EMPOWER MINISTRIES PIVOTED AND PRESSED FORWARD. AS A RESULT, WE SAW THE REACH AND IMPACT OF THE MINISTRY INCREASE IN MIRACULOUS WAYS. WHILE WE MISSED THE ABILITY TO GATHER PEOPLE TOGETHER, FACE TO FACE, THE INCREASED USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY MEANT WE WERE ABLE TO REACH MORE PEOPLE THAN EVER BEFORE. NEARLY 4.4 MILLION PEOPLE WERE ABLE TO HEAR CHRISTINE SPEAK EITHER IN PERSON OR THROUGH A LIVESTREAM FORMAT IN 2020. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! AND OVER 11,000 OF THEM GAVE THEIR LIVES TO JESUS AS A RESULT. WE LAUNCHED A BRAND NEW PODCAST IN MAY OF 2020 WHICH RECEIVED OVER 1.6 MILLION DOWNLOADS BY YEARS' END AND TOUCHED OVER 370,000 UNIQUE LISTENERS. TELEVISION VIEWERSHIP EXCEEDED 3.8 MILLION AND WE SAW OVER 68,000 PARTICIPATE IN OUR FIRST EVER DIGITAL DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM. ALL OF THOSE DIGITAL RESOURCES MEANT WE WERE ABLE TO REACH PEOPLE ALL OVER THE GLOBE IN BRAND NEW WAYS AND MOBILIZE THEM TO LIVE ON MISSION FOR JESUS - EVEN IN THE MIDST OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC.
