THE NONPROFIT VILLAGE CENTER SERVES AS AN INCUBATOR FOR 40 ORGANIZATION THAT HAVE ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL OFFICE SPACE, TELEPHONE AND IT, MEETING ROOMS, BACK OFFICE EQUIPMENT, AND SERVICES. ALL SERVICES ARE SUBSIDIZED THROUGH DONATIONS TO THE NONPROFIT VILLAGE
THE NONPROFIT VILLAGE CENTER INCUBATOR PROGRAM, SOAR SERVES 10-12 NONPROFIT LEADERS EACH YEAR AND 25 ALUMNI BY PROVIDING LONG-TERM TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ON NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT. ONGOING SUPPORT AND PEER COACHING, REFERRALS TO ADDITIONAL RESOURCES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE. THE CORE GROUP OF 10-12 MEET WEEKLY FOR 16 WEEKS AND ARE REQUIRED TO WORK WITH CONSULTANTS WE PROVIDE TO COMPLETE A STRATEGIC PLAN, FUNDRAISING OUTLINE,AND MARKETING TACTICS.
RESEARCH DAY PROVIDES 30 ORGANIZATIONS AN HOUR OF FREE EXPERT CONSULTING ON NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT.
