NATIONAL EMS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION DEVELOPED AND LAUNCHED THE EMS FIELD TRAINING AND EVALUATION PROGRAM FOR TRANSITIONAL NEW EMPLOYEES INTO AN EMS AGENCY, CONTRIBUTED TO RE-ENVISIONING THE EMS AGENDA FOR THE FUTURE, AND DEVELOPED AND LAUNCHED A LEADERSHIP CREDENTIALING PROCESS FOR EMS LEADERS.
