PROVIDE FUNDING AND DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE UNIVERSITY CENTER OF SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA STUDENTS. THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 44 SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 06/30/2021 .
