THE CORPORATION, THE GREATER BRIDGMAN AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND GROWTH ALLIANCE IS ORGANIZED FOR THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF UNDERTAKING PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE GREATER BRIDGMAN COMMUNITY AS A PLACE TO VISIT, LIVE, WORK AND PLAY; TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OPPOTUNITIES FOR NEW BUSINESS LOCATION AND EXISTING BUSINESS EXPANSION AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITIES RELATED OR INCIDENTAL THERETO WHICH MAY BE PERMITTED PURSUANT TO MICHIGAN PUBLIC ACT 162 OF 1982, AS AMENDED, AND TO SEEK AND MAINTAIN RECOGNITION AS A "TAX-EXEMPT" CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
