THE TRUSTEE, IN THEIR DISCRETION, THINK ADVISABLE, IN EACH CASE TO OR FOR THE USE OF THE CLASS OF UNITED STATES CHARITIES ORGANIZED FOR PURPOSES OF COMBATTING ENVIRONMENTAL DEGRADATION OR PRESERVING AND PROTECTING THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, SO LONG AS SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES QUALITY AS ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) AND EITHER SECTION 509(A)(1) OR 509(A)(2) OF CODE.
PROGRAMMATIC INVESTMENT EXPENSES INCLUDE LEGAL FEES, PAYMENTS TO CONSULTANTS AND COST OF LABOR FOR WORK DIRECTLY RELATED TO PROGRAMMATIC INVESTMENTS. INVESTMENT ADVISORY FEES RELATE TO NONPROGRAMMATIC INVESTMENTS AND ARE NETTED AGAINST INVESTMENT INCOME.
