IXO PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL, SPORTS, ENTREPRENEURAL AND BUSINESS EXCHANGES INTERNATIONALLY. OUR PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO PROVIDE TEACHING AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD. SOME OF THE PROJECTS PROMOTE CHRISTIAN RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN ENGLISH SPEAKING BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS AND COLLEGE STUDENTS.

IXO - IN 2022, INTERNATIONAL XCHANGE ORGANIZATION, (IXO) SUPPORTED CROSS-CULTURAL OPPORTUNITIES IN CHINA IN EDUCATION AND BUSINESS. (WE NORMALLY SEND TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS WITH SCHOOLS, FACULTY, STUDENTS AND BUSINESSMEN, BUT DUE TO THE PANDEMIC WE WERE UNABLE TO DURING THIS YEAR.) OUR EMPHASIS STARTED WITH ENGLISH AND BRANCHED INTO OTHER CULTURAL AND RELIGIOUS DISCUSSIONS, EXCHANGES AND SEMINARY TRAINING. IXO WORKS WITH LOCAL COMPANIES TO PROVIDE TOURING PACKAGES FOR OUR TEAMS AND TRANSLATION SERVICES. IXO ALSO SENT TEAMS TO EUROPE TO ASSIST PASTORS WITH THEIR TRAINING, MENTORSHIP, COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND SPORTS EXCHANGES.
WBX - IN 2022, WORLD BASEBALL XCHANGE, (WBX), PROVIDED COACHING, PLAYERS, BASEBALL FIELD MAINTENANCE TRAINING AND ADMINISTRATION FOR BASEBALL TEAMS IN GERMANY AND FRANCE. WBX FACILITATED THE ATHLETIC EXCHANGE OF GERMAN, AMERICAN, POLISH AND CZECH REPUBLIC BASEBALL PLAYERS. THEY PARTICIPATED IN BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT AND LEAGUE PLAY IN THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRIES. WE HAVE TWO FULL-TIME STAFF, TWO PART TIME STAFF PERSONS AND NUMEROUS VOLUNTEERS FROM THE COMMUNITY WHO HELP WITH THE CHILDREN LEAGUES. THEY PROVIDED BASEBALL AND SPORTS TRAINING CAMPS IN 2022. WORLD BASEBALL XCHANGE HAS A SISTER CHRISTIAN OUTREACH ORGANIZATION, WBOI (WON BY ONE INTERNATIONAL) WHICH WORKS WITH COLLEGE AGED STUDENTS AND HAS STARTED A LOCAL CHURCH.
