OUR THREE-TIERED APPROACH CONSISTS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PRACTITIONERS, ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING TO INCREASE THE PRODUCTIVITY OF PROGRAMS AND TEAMS, AND SYSTEMS BUILDING TO STRENGTHEN THE WORKFORCE FIELD. SINCE OUR FOUNDING IN 2004, WPTI HAS TRAINED MORE THAN 10,000 WORKFORCE PRACTITIONERS AND IMPROVED ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY AT OVER 1,000 ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE COLLECTIVELY CONNECTED HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF LOW-INCOME AND DISADVANTAGED JOBSEEKERS TO EMPLOYMENT.
