HANDYCAPABLE REACHES LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE ACCESS TO COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY BY PROVIDING REFURBISHED COMPUTERS. TWELVE ADULTS WITH PHYSICAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES VOLUNTEERED OVER 8,000 HOURS OF THEIR TIME TO ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS. HANDYCAPABLE ALSO RECYCLES E-WASTE FROM DONATED COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, RECYCLING WELL OVER 50 TONS OF HAZARDOUS E-WASTE SINCE IT'S BEGINNING IN 2006.
