THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, YOUTH FROM AROUND THE WORLD ARE EXPOSED TO THE AMERICAN CULTURE, PROMOTING WORLDWIDE PEACE AND UNDERSTANDING. FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, THE ORGANIZATION DID NOT HOST ANY INBOUND FOREIGN STUDENTS DUE TO THE PRIOR YEAR SUSPENSION OF THE PROGRAM DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC BY ROTARY INTERNATIONAL. DURING THE SUSPENSION OF ITS INBOUND PROGRAM, THE ORGANIZATION STILL REMAINED OPERATIONAL AND MAINTAINED ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS TO SUPPORT FUTURE EXCHANGE PROGRAMS. PLANS ARE IN PLACE TO BEGIN ACCEPTING FOREIGN STUDENTS WITH THE FALL 2022 SCHOOL YEAR. DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR, THE ORGANIZATON COLLECTED FUNDS FROM ITS MEMBER DISTRICTS TO FUND OPERATIONS AND TO FUND INBOUND STUDENTS FOR THE FALL 2022 SCHOOL YEAR.
THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, AMERICAN STUDENTS SPEND THE SCHOOL YEAR ABROAD AS EXCHANGE STUDENTS IN OTHER COUNTRIES. FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, THE ORGANIZATION DID NOT SEND ANY STUDENTS ABROAD DUE TO ROTARY INTERNATIONAL'S SUSPENSION OF THE EXCHANGE PROGRAM DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. DURING THE SUSPENSION OF ITS OUTBOUND PROGRAM, THE ORGANIZATION STILL REMAINED OPERATIONAL AND MAINTAINED ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS TO SUPPORT FUTURE EXCHANGE PROGRAMS. THE ORGANIZATION INCURRED EXPENSES IN THE CURRENT YEAR AND COLLECTED REVENUES FROM STUDENTS THAT WILL PARTICPATE IN THE OUTBOUND PROGRAM BEGIINING WITH THE FALL 2022 SCHOOL YEAR.
