MAINLANDS SECTION 6 CIVIC ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF PROVIDING PLEASURE, SOCIAL, AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR ITS RESIDENTS. THIS INCLUDES UPKEEP OF THE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES INCLUDING A CLUBHOUSE, POOL, AND COMMON AREA LAWN MAINTENANCE.
