AQUARIUM OF BOISE HOUSES OVER THIRTY EXHIBITS WITH OVER 300 DIFFERENT SPECIFIES OF FISH, REPTILES, AMPHIBIANS AND TROPICAL BIRDS FROM AROUND THE WORLD. A KID FAVORITE, THE SHARK AND RAY TANK ALLOWS VISITORS TO FEED AND PET THE ANIMALS UNDER STAFF SUPERVISION. INFORMATIONAL EXHIBITS ARE LOCATED AROUND THE AQUARIUM HIGHLIGHTING CONSERVATION ISSUES. THE AQUARIUM ALSO HAS A QUARANTINE AND HOSPITAL AREA THAT IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, BUT IS USED TO CARE FOR ANIMALS AND ACCLIMATE NEW RESIDENTS TO LIFE IN BOISE. AQUARIUM OF BOISE EDUCATED OVER 100000 VISITORS IN 2022 ABOUT NOT ONLY THE LIFE IN THE AQUARIUM, BUT CONSERVATION EFFORTS AND OCEANS IN GENERAL.
