DISASTER RELIEF PROGRAM TO PROVIDE GRANTS FOR IMMEDIATE NEEDS SUCH AS FOOD, SHELTER AND CLOTHING, TO EMPLOYEES IN QUALIFIED PRESIDENTIALLY-DECLARED DISASTER AREAS WHO WERE AFFECTED BY COVID 19, HURRICANE LAURA, AND HURRICANE IDA.
