VENTURA CHARTER SCHOOL IS A PUBLIC SCHOOL WITH GRADES FROM KINDERGARTEN TO EIGHTH GRADE. THE SCHOOL SERVED ON AVERAGE 415 STUDENTS BASED ON ADA. OUR PROGRAM EXPANDS EDUCATIONAL CHOICES FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM, SUPPORTS A NURTURING COMMUNITY OF LEARNING, AND IMPROVES STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT. THE SCHOOL PREPARES ITS STUDENTS TO BE GLOBAL CITIZENS OF THE 21ST CENTURY BY PROVIDING A RIGOROUS AND RELEVANT CURRICULUM FOR TODAY'S DYNAMIC WORLD. OUR STUDENTS UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE IS A DIVERSE GLOBAL COMMUNITY. WE CULTIVATE IN EACH CHILD A LOVE FOR AUTONOMOUS, COOPERATIVE, RESPECTFUL, AND PRODUCTIVE LIFE LEARNERS.
