THE MISSION OF PACOIMA CHARTER SCHOOL IS TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT THAT FOSTERS HIGH ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AMOUNG OUR LARGE LOW SOCIO-ECONOMIC URBAN POPULATION OF PRE-K TO 6TH GRADE STUDENTS WHO ARE PREDOMINANTLY ENGLISH LEARNERS. THE DEMANDS OF THE 21ST CENTURY REQUIRE THAT OUR STUDENTS POSSESS ESSENTIAL SKILLS IN LITERACY,ENGLISH PROFICIENCY, MATHEMATICS AND TECHNOLOGY. OUR VISION IS TO BECOME A VIBRANT COMMUNITY WHERE TEACHERS AND PARENTS ARE EMPOWERED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO POSITIVELY IMPACT THE EDUCATION OF OUR CHILDREN. THE PACOIMA CHARTER SCHOOL'S LEARNING COMMUNITY IS COMMITTED TO NUTURING A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR ACADEMIC SUCCESS AND JOY FOR LEARNING.
