BASIN PBS IS WEST TEXAS CLASSROOM. THE AREAS LARGEST STAGE FOR THE ARTS AND A TRUSTED WINDOW TO THE WORLD. OUR EDUCATIONAL MEDIA HELPS PREPARE CHILDREN FOR SUCCESS IN SCHOOL AND OPENS UP THE WORLD TO THEM IN AN AGE-APPROPRIATE WAY. THROUGH PBS KIDS AND LOCAL COLABORATIONS WITH OTHER NON-PROFITS INCLUDING CASA, BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB, BUCKNER AND MORE, BASIN PBS HELPS WITH SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL LEARNING. THIS IS ALSO EVIDENT IN OUR WORK WITH MISD AND ECISD. BASIN PBS ALSO EDUCATES AND ENTERTAINS ADULTS OF ALL AGES. FROM RENOWNED PROGRAMMING SUCH AS NOVA AND GREAT PERFORMANCES, TO LOCAL TOWN HALLS, DEBATES AND MUSIC PROGRAMMING, BASIN PBS MEETS THE NEEDS OF ADULTS AND KIDS ALIKE.
