A LEVEL III 48 BED FACILITY PROVIDING ROUND-THE-CLOCK SKILLED NURSING CARE TO ITS RESIDENTS. THE FACILITY PROVIDES TO BOTH MEDICAID RECIPIENTS AS WELL AS RESIDENTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MEDICAID AND PRIVATE PAY PATIENTS. AS A RESIDENT'S NEEDS BECOME GREATER THEY WILL BE ABLE TO STAY AT THE HOME PROVIDED THE HOME IS ABLE TO MEET THEIR CARE NEEDS AND PROVIDING THE HOME IS ABLE TO OBTAIN A VARIANCE FOR LEVEL OF CARE FROM THE APPROPRIATE STATE LICENSING LEVEL.
