HERITAGE PLACE PHASE III IS AN IDAHO NONPROFIT CORPORATION OPERATING AN ELDERLY HOUSING COMPLEX CONSISTING OF 25 UNITS ON A YEAR ROUND BASIS SUBSIDIZED UNDER SECTION 202. AS SUCH IT IS REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. THE PROJECT DEPENDS ON ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE FROM HUD IN THE FORM OF RENTAL SUPPLEMENTS TO ASSIST IN MEETING OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE PROJECT. THE PROJECT WAS ALMOST 100% OCCUPIED DURING THE YEAR. THIS SPEAKS OF THE GREAT NEED FOR SUCH PROJECTS IN THE AREA.
