GRANTS WERE MADE TO FURTHER AND PRESERVE CARTOONING THROUGH THE REUBEN JOURNAL, THE ARNOLD ROTH FOUNDATION, KENOSHA FESTIVAL OF CARTOONING, AND THE CARTOONIST NEWSLETTER.
