RALLY FOUNDATION RESEARCH GRANTS PROGRAM: RALLY FOUNDATION, THROUGH ITS COMPETITIVE PEER REVIEW PROCESS, SUPPORTS ALL TYPES OF CHILDHOOD CANCER RESEARCH INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SCIENCE AT THE BENCH (VERY EARLY RESEARCH), INNOVATIVE STUDIES, CLINICAL TRIALS, TARGETED THERAPIES, DNA STUDIES AND SURVIVORSHIP STUDIES. RALLY FOUNDATION FUNDS 2ND, 3RD & 4TH YEAR FELLOWS, YOUNG INVESTIGATORS, INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATORS AND CONSORTIUMS. IN AN EFFORT TO STREAMLINE THE GRANT PROCESS, RALLY FOUNDATION VETS AND CO-FUNDS RESEARCH WITH OTHER CHILDHOOD CANCER ORGANIZATIONS.
RALLY FOUNDATION PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWARENESS: RALLY FOUNDATION HAS EDUCATED MORE THAN 500,000 PEOPLE ON THE NEED FOR CHILDHOOD CANCER RESEARCH. RALLY HAS ENGAGED APPROXIMATELY 2,465 VOLUNTEERS IN THE CURRENT YEAR.
