ADVOCATE FOR, SUPPORT AND FACILITATE COLLABORATION WITH DOWNTOWN ARTS ORGANIZATIONS. PROVIDE ARTS PROGRAMMING THAT CREATES VITALITY AND CONNECTS BUSINESSES WITH THE ARTS COMMUNITY FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF CITIZENS.
