MEMBERS RECEIVE THE BIANNUAL NEWSLETTER AND OTHER INFORMATION PERTAINING TO IASH ACTIVITIES. THE NEWSLETTER KEEPS MEMBERS INFORMED OF ACTIVITY AROUND THE WORLD AND IN CONTACT WITH OTHER SCIENTISTS AND ENGINEERS HAVING SIMILAR INTERESTS. IT IS AN OPEN FORUM FOR MEMBERS AND PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY TO PUBLISH NOTES ON RESEARCH IN PROGRESS, DISCUSS A PROBLEM THAT HAS BEEN ENCOUNTERED IN STABILITY, HANDLING AND USE OF LIQUID FUEL, OR COMMENT ON A RELATED TECHNICAL ISSUE OF GENERAL INTEREST.
