THE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM IS THE DRIVING FORCE OF INRETURN AND WAS FULLY ACTIVE IN 2021. CORPORATIONS PROVIDE WORK OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR ASSOCIATES IN OUR SHELTERED WORKSHOP. THERE IS A STAFF OF 4 WHO MANAGE ALL OPERATIONS. THE ASSOCIATES WORK 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN FOUR OR FIVE HOUR WORK SHIFTS AND SPEND A FEW HOURS EACH DAY IN LIFE SKILL TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL CLASSES.
